Refund & Cancellation Policy

The use of “we, us, our, and company” refers to Brand Lab, LLC (dba Go, Linus!).

Effective: June 1, 2025

We have the following refund and cancellation policies in place and they are subject to change at any time.

General Refund Policy

3-Day Grace Period: We offer a 3-day grace period during which you can request a full refund on any product or service purchased from us. To request a refund within this period, please contact us via our contact page.

Outside of Grace Period: After the 3-day grace period, all sales of products and services are final. Refunds are at the discretion of Brand Lab, LLC.

Common Sense Policy on Downgrades and Cancellations: If a client requests to downgrade or cancel their service and we are actively working on any open projects, campaigns, deliverables, or tasks, a minimum 30-day notice is required to complete the work. In some cases, this timeline may need to be extended depending on project scope. If there are no active tasks or the remaining work will be completed before the end of the current billing cycle, we’re happy to simply let the agreement run out at the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds. Any cancellations will be processed at the end of the current billing cycle.
