Agreement Between User or Client and Brand Lab, LLC

We may document client calls and/or events with photos and videos for marketing purposes. These materials may be used to promote Brand Lab, LLC and future endeavors.

By signing up as an ongoing client or attending one of our events, you are granting permission to photograph, film, or otherwise capture your likeness and/or voice during a client call or in-person event. You understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes. You also agree to release Brand Lab, LLC from any claims related to the use of these materials.

All media (including photos, video, and audio recordings) captured in this context is owned exclusively by Brand Lab, LLC.
