Liability Waiver

The use of “we, us, our, and company” refers to Brand Lab, LLC (dba Go, Linus!).

Effective: June 1, 2025

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By registering for and attending any event hosted by us, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk

Participants understand and acknowledge that participation in events hosted by us may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or damage to personal property. Participants voluntarily choose to participate in these events with full knowledge of these risks and accept full responsibility for their participation.

Waiver and Release

In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in events hosted by us, participants, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge Brand Lab, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other associated individuals or entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the event, including but not limited to any personal injury, illness, death, or damage to personal property.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brand Lab, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other associated individuals or entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that may arise as a result of their actions or omissions during the event.

Medical Treatment

Participants consent to receive any necessary medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during their participation in the event. Participants understand that they are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment, including transportation.

Governing Law

This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

By registering for and attending this event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions stated above. They understand that by agreeing to these terms, they are giving up substantial rights and intend for this agreement to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
