2. Restrictions & Revocation We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your access to the licensed digital content without refund if:

• You violate these terms.

• We are legally required to remove the content.

• The content is discontinued due to third-party licensing agreements.

• There are security or legal concerns that necessitate revocation.

3. Availability & Access

• Digital content may require an active internet connection for access.

• We do not guarantee perpetual availability of any digital content.

• If a product is discontinued, we will provide notice where possible.

4. Refunds & Returns Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All digital content remains the intellectual property of Brand Lab, LLC or its licensors. Purchasing a license does not transfer any copyrights, trademarks, or ownership rights to you.
